1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket sales are final
• Tickets are valid for the date selected during purchase
• You must present a valid photo ID matching the booking name upon entry
• Tickets are non-transferable

3. Angkor Pass Validity

• 1-Day Pass: Valid for one consecutive day
• 3-Day Pass: Valid for use on any 3 days within 10 consecutive days
• 7-Day Pass: Valid for use on any 7 days within 1 month

4. Visitor Code of Conduct

Visitors must:

• Dress appropriately (shoulders and knees covered at temples)
• Respect the sacred nature of temple sites
• Follow instructions from park staff
• Not climb on temple structures
• Not touch or remove artifacts

5. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of site closure due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, tickets may be rescheduled.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit. Visitors enter at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
